A message dated March 27, 2001, was received stating the Governor                                   
is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies of the following                                  
resolution to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 10(FSH)                                                       
    Relating to the management of the Bering Sea/Aleutian Islands                                   
    and Gulf of Alaska groundfish fisheries and the protection and
